Settlement
Week is planned for September 17-21, 2012. Settlement Week is a collaboration of the Hays County Judiciary, the Hays County Bar and
the Hays County Dispute Resolution Center. CHAPTER 155 of the TEXAS CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE states "During these weeks the
district courts, constitutional and statutory county courts, and the family law courts will facilitate the voluntary settlement of
civil and family law cases." More information in the next few weeks. If you are a mediator and would like to volunteer to mediate

We have rescheduled our 40 hr. Basic Mediation Training Course to June
